Deputies responded astir 10:30 a.m. Saturday pursuing reports of a babe not breathing astatine a location successful Royal Oaks, according to a connection by the Monterey County Sheriff’s Office.
The 3-month-old kid was pronounced dormant astatine a hospital, the connection said.
Up to 30 children were wrong the residence adjacent Watsonville connected the state's cardinal coast, sheriff's officials said.
A 62-year-old pistillate and her 35-year-old daughter, some residents of Royal Oaks, were arrested for probe of allegations including suspicion of involuntary manslaughter, kid maltreatment and operating an unauthorized kid attraction facility, officials said.
Their bail was acceptable astatine $50,000 each.
