Acting Mayor Christopher Scanlon of Buffalo, N.Y., fell abbreviated successful the city’s Democratic superior Tuesday night, losing the information to authorities Sen. Sean Ryan.

Scanlon conceded the superior to Ryan, thanking his supporters and apologizing for "not getting it done for you tonight."
