The Indigenous Arts Festival and Na-Me-Res Pow Wow, which runs from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. connected Saturday, officially kicked disconnected connected Friday. It is a solemnisation of National Indigenous Peoples Day, which is marked connected Saturday.
