A Georgia man was indicted by a national expansive assemblage aft allegedly threatening intersexual unit against 2 Republican senators and their household members.

Robert Davis Forney, 25, of Duluth, Georgia, was arraigned Monday earlier a U.S. magistrate justice connected national charges of communicating threats successful interstate commerce. 

He was indicted by a national expansive assemblage seated successful the Northern District of Georgia June 10.

Authorities assertion Forney called the bureau of Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, doubly Jan. 9, and near voicemails threatening intersexual unit against Cruz and his family, according to tribunal documents.
