Up to nine players could miss the Carabao Cup game between Liverpool and Crystal Palace at Anfield on Wednesday.
The Reds are looking to bounce back from a disappointing run of form that has seen them lose five of their last six matches in all competitions. Liverpool has struggled this season, with losses to Crystal Palace, Chelsea, Manchester United, and Brentford in the Premier League, as well as Galatasaray in the Champions League.
Manager Arne Slot is feeling the heat and will be hoping a successful cup run can turn things around. However, Liverpool's task against Crystal Palace could be made more difficult by a number of injury concerns.
Alisson Becker, Jeremie Frimpong, and Giovanni Leoni have all been ruled out of Wednesday's match due to injury. Ryan Gravenberch and Alexander Isak are also doubtful after missing the weekend's 3-2 defeat to Brentford with ankle and groin injuries, respectively.
The availability of Curtis Jones is uncertain after he asked to be substituted during the second half of the Brentford match.
Hugo Ekitike, however, will be available for selection after serving his one-match suspension for a red card picked up in the previous round of the Carabao Cup.

Keen to concentrate on addressing his team's disappointing recent performances, Slot opted against holding a press conference.
Speaking to club media instead, he remarked: "Of course, we have already faced Palace in the Premier League this season, and the result on that occasion was not what we would have hoped for.
"Credit to Palace for that. Their winning goal came very late on that occasion after we had equalised following a difficult first half for us, so we should be aware not just of the problems they can cause but also of their ability to keep going until the final whistle."
The manager indicated he would make a late call on team selection, stating: "At the time of writing these notes, I have not made a final decision on the squad that we will use for this game - there is a need to train and to check on availability - but whichever players we use have to be ready to face a team like Palace."
Regarding Palace's injury situation, Cheick Doucoure and Caleb Kporha remain sidelined. Chadi Riad is also ruled out for selection, although he's anticipated to return to training shortly after an extended absence due to a knee problem.
During Tuesday's media briefing, Glasner confirmed that Walter Benitez and Jaydee Canvo would both feature in the starting XI at Anfield. The Palace manager also disclosed that Chris Richards would miss out on the matchday squad following a minor calf problem sustained during the weekend's clash with Arsenal. "It's not a gift – they deserve it," Glasner stated.
"Jaydee, I spoke to him and said I don't care about [his error against Larnaca last week], it's part of football. He won a lot of duels, and he's doing well in training. We trust him, and that's why he will start tomorrow in the back three. Walter is the same. He's doing so well in training, and he deserves to get some minutes as well."
