Liverpool striker Alexander Isak was spotted doing an individual session in Kirkby before his teammates headed out for their open training before taking on Galatasaray.
The Swedish striker is still a few weeks away from a return and Arne Slot said last week that he doesn't expect the former Newcastle man to head on international duty later this month. The Reds are trying to overturn a 1-0 deficit against Galatasaray and then travel to Brighton before many of the players play for their countries.
Isak was training alone on the grass outside ahead of his Liverpool teammates emerging for their group session. Arne Slot's men host Galatasaray at Anfield on Wednesday, trailing to a Mario Lemina goal.

"Let's say [he comes back] at the beginning of April, he has been out for three-and-a-half months and hasn't trained with the team for three-and-a-half months.
"The last time he did that, it took him a while to get up to speed.
"I am really, really looking forward to having him back, but don't get the expectations so high that the minute he's on the pitch, he's at the level of what we spent that money on.

"If you ask me now, I would say I don’t expect [Isak to go on duty with Sweden for their World Cup play-off against Ukraine].
"But we are still one and a half weeks off, there is always co-operation between club and country but I don’t expect him to play for us before that."
Isak moved to Liverpool for a fee of around $169 million (£125 million) last summer but he has only made 16 appearances to date, finding the back of the net three times.
