Appeals Court Temporarily Reinstates Trump's Tariffs

A national appeals tribunal has temporarily paused a ruling that would person halted President Donald Trump’s sweeping tariffs. Less than 24 hours earlier, the Court of International Trade had ruled Trump does not person the unlimited authorization to enforce them. NBC’s Peter Alexander reports for TODAY.
