Arne Slot has insisted that he still feels the backing from Liverpool owners Fenway Sports Group (FSG) and sporting director Richard Hughes, despite a tough campaign for the Anfield side.
"I have said many times I feel a lot of support from the owners and from Richard and Michael [Edwards] as well," Slot said in his pre-match press conference ahead of facing Fulham this weekend.
"As weird as it might sound, I also feel the support of the fans. When we went for a walk around Paris before the game, even though we'd just lost 4-0 at City the fans (who saw us) started singing 'We love you Liverpool'.
