Arne Slot substituted Milos Kerkez before half-time as Liverpool struggle against Burnley.

The Hungarian was replaced by Andy Robertson after just 37 minutes. Kerkez was booked for diving in the Burnley box before he brought down Anthony midway inside Liverpool’s half.

Being on a yellow card already, Slot made the decision to withdraw the Hungarian who has had a tough start to life at Liverpool so far.

Sky Sports pundit and former Reds defender Jamie Carragher said: "Really good management. this game is going to be about counter attacking, something could happen to see him pick up a second yellow. robertson is hardly a bad replacement."
