Liverpool boss Arne Slot has responded to Mohamed Salah's outburst,
Salah hit out at the club and his head coach after being left on the bench for the third game in a row at Leeds on Saturday. Speaking to reporters after the game, he accused Liverpool of "throwing him under the bus", while claiming that his relationship with Slot had broken down.
Despite that, the 33-year-old trained with the rest of his teammates on Monday, although he was subsequently left out of the traveling squad for tomorrow's Champions League game against Inter Milan, with Slot offering his own response in his pre-match press conference after landing in Italy.
Asked whether he felt Salah was referring to him with some of his comments against the club, Slot said: "The only one who can answer that question is Mo himself. I can guess, but I don't think that's the right thing to do at this moment in time.
"It's hard for me to tell who he means in that situation to be honest."
