Jakub Kiwior has officially left Arsenal and joined Porto on loan for the remainder of the campaign. There is an option to make the move permanent in the summer however.
The Polish international joined the Gunners in January 2022 from Spezia in a deal worth around £20million. Capable of playing centre-back and left-back, the defender struggled to cement his place in the side under Mikel Arteta but he did still make 68 appearances for the north Londoners.
Kiwior's time at Emirates Stadium has now come to an end, for now, with the 25-year-old making the move to Porto. football.london understands Porto can pay Arsenal a fee which could rise to €27million (£23.4million), of which €2million (£1.7million) is add-ons.
The deal had hinged on Arsenal's only incoming of deadline day. Piero Hincapie joined the Gunners on loan from Bayer Leverkusen, with the deal including an option to buy clause worth £45million.
The Ecuador international, who is capable of playing centre-back and left-back, was an unused substitute in Bayer Leverkusen's 3-3 draw with Werder Bremen on Saturday and had been in London on Monday completing his medical and signing the relevant paperwork.
