Arsenal travel to face Manchester City in the Premier League next month with major title ramifications on their meeting at Etihad Stadium
The Premier League encounter between Arsenal and Manchester City in mid-April is poised to prove pivotal in determining the destination of the title.
The Gunners re-established their five-point advantage at the summit following Sunday's victory over Chelsea, though Pep Guardiola's side possesses a game in hand and will also host their title rivals at the Etihad Stadium.
Whilst that fixture takes place only next month, both clubs must navigate six matches across three separate competitions beforehand. Three of those come in the Premier League, with Arsenal facing Brighton, Everton and Bournemouth, whilst City take on Nottingham Forest, West Ham United and Chelsea.
The Carabao Cup final between the pair and their respective Champions League last-16 ties represent the other significant fixtures on the horizon.

Whilst the Wembley showdown could provide one side with a psychological edge in the title battle, it is the European knockout rounds which bear direct consequences for their league meeting.
Although the Premier League has yet to confirm the television selections for April, the City versus Arsenal fixture is virtually certain to be broadcast on Sky Sports at 4:30pm on Sunday, 19th April, and not simply because it will be the standout match of the campaign.
That is because the quarter-final second legs are scheduled just days before the top two meet, with the subsequent midweek remaining clear. Consequently, there is no requirement for the fixture to be staged on the Saturday, as neither side, assuming both progress past the last-16, will have commitments the following Tuesday.
FA Cup fixtures are also expected to influence proceedings, with both clubs potentially needing to reschedule matches to allow for semi-final participation.
Arsenal have been drawn against Mansfield Town in what appears a manageable fifth round encounter, whilst City must navigate a challenging trip to Newcastle United at St James' Park in less than a fortnight.
City are already facing a congested fixture schedule in the campaign's final weeks, with their outstanding fixture against Crystal Palace requiring relocation from Carabao Cup final weekend.
Arsenal's match against Wolves scheduled for that gameweek was brought forward by more than a month, but Palace's involvement in the Conference League play-offs prevented a similar arrangement for Guardiola's side.
Whilst the fixture calendar is set to prove crucial in determining where the silverware resides come late May, injuries are also anticipated to be a significant factor.
This past weekend, Guardiola was deprived of star striker Erling Haaland, whilst Nico O'Reilly also departed with a possible concern, rendering both doubtful to face Forest. In the north London camp, Declan Rice was substituted due to a potential injury during the Chelsea match and Martin Odegaard was absent altogether.
Consequently, Arteta will be anxiously monitoring the fitness levels of his midfield pair ahead of their journey to Brighton.
