Arsenal attacking midfielder Fabio Vieira has caught the eye this season while on loan in the Bundesliga at Hamburger SV
Fabio Vieira has indicated he's willing to discuss a permanent transfer away from Arsenal at the end of the season.
The Portuguese playmaker has made a positive impression in Germany this season while dazzling on loan at Hamburg.
On Saturday, he netted his fifth league goal of the campaign, executing a brilliant lob for the opener against FC Koln.
Speaking after the game, he was asked whether he could envisage sealing a permanent switch to HSV.
He said: “Everyone knows I still have a contract with Arsenal. So let’s wait until the end of the season. Then we’ll talk about it and see what we can do.”

Vieira, who has also spent time back on loan at former club Porto since signing for Arsenal, is due to enter the final 12 months of his Gunners contract this summer.
However, Arsenal are keen to move the player on and Hamburg have a buy-option clause they can trigger worth £17.3million.
The current indications are that HSV would like to negotiate below that figure, though they are still keen on retaining the services of the 25-year-old.
Vieira has already made it clear he is really enjoying his time in Germany, stating this weekend: “It was a great goal. I knew it was a big step for me to come here and rediscover my true potential.”
He is now up to five goals and five assists in all competitions this season and has gained experience playing in multiple positions; right wing, central midfield, attacking midfielder and even as a second striker.
The Portugal international was wanted by Stuttgart but they decided to sign Bilal El Khannouss from Leicester City instead.
Arsenal also have a number of other players out on loan that they will look to move on this summer.
Vieira had to wait until deadline day to complete his shock move to Germany where he also joined former Gunners team-mate Albert Sambi Lokonga.
Reiss Nelson has struggled for minutes at Brentford while Jakub Kiwior is set to sign for Porto on a permanent deal despite interest from Italy.
Kiwior joined Porto on an initial loan last summer but the deal includes an obligation to buy, therefore it will be formalised come the end of the season.
The same also applies to Arsenal's loan for Bayer Leverkusen defender Piero Hincapie, who will be joining on a permanent switch at the end of the campaign.
