Arsenal only have eight more days to sign players during this summer transfer window.
The Gunners are already up to seven additions after acquiring Eberechi Eze from Crystal Palace and still have just over a week to recruit an eighth. Notably, the squad size has yet to increase after offloading the same number of players permanently or on loan.
Departures will likely outnumber any further incomings before 7pm on 1 September, but sporting director Andrea Berta being able to offload several players could allow for further recruitment. football.london has rounded up the latest Arsenal transfer news from over the weekend:

Isak decision
Arsenal have reportedly decided against pursuing any deal for Alexander Isak. TEAMtalk cites a source when claiming that it is the conclusion they have come to, despite speculation that the Gunners could go in for him if Newcastle United refuse to do business with Liverpool.
football.london says: Any move for Isak at this stage always appeared fanciful after Arsenal signed Viktor Gyokeres, and even more so after announcing the return of Eze. If the club were to do another deal between now and the start of September, it would seemingly be for a winger or defender, not another Swedish striker.
Record deal agreed
Arsenal are said to have agreed a deal with Shamrock Rovers for Victor Ozhianvuna that will break the League of Ireland transfer record. The Irish Independent reports that the Gunners will pay at least €2million as part of a pre-contract deal due to happen in January 2027.
football.london says: Ozhianvunais playing regularly for Rovers this season, so regardless of the rules requiring him to stay until turning 18, remaining in Ireland makes sense for the midfielder. Their interest reportedly dates back two years, so doing a deal 16 months in advance appears a sound piece of business from the club .
