The Arsenal team football.london predict to start against Everton in the Premier League

Arsenal take on Everton on Saturday, looking to move ten points clear at the top of the Premier League table. Meanwhile, Manchester City face a difficult trip to relegation-battling West Ham United.

After a week of European action, both sides have much less recovery time compared to their league opponents, who have had an extra day to prepare. Everton, in particular, have an excellent away record and are chasing qualification to play on the continent next season.

The man in the week was of course Kai Havertz who returned to score against his former side and it might be he now finds a place in the starting eleven once again. With that in mind, we take a look at who we believe is in with the best chance of facing the Toffees.

Here is who football.london predicts will start for Arsenal:

David Raya

After being beaten from a set-piece in midweek, this might be something that David Moyes looks to target at the weekend.

Jurrien Timber

There have been calls for Ben White to come back into the team, but with the full back's fitness still in question, Timber appears the most likely candidate.

William Saliba

Was truly tested by Christian Kofane in midweek and now has Thierno Barry or Beto to contest with.

Gabriel

The Brazilian also looked a little shaky, but hopefully, the return to the Emirates Stadium will inspire a response.

Riccardo Calafiori

One of the few changes we could see is Riccardo Calafiori coming into the left-back role and offering a different style to Hincapie.

Martin Zubimendi

There is definitely a conversation to be had about the midfield role for Zubimendi but without the likes of Odegaard the Spaniard remains a key part.

Declan Rice

This part of the season where the likes of Declan Rice will hopefully discover his best form and take Arsenal toward the title.

Kai Havertz

The German international could return to a Premier League starting eleven with the chance to be the key in a title victory.

Bukayo Saka

Despite a below-expectations performance in Germany, Mikel Arteta spoke about having trust in his talisman always.

Viktor Gyokeres

With Havertz back, the hope is both the German and the Swede might find some stronger combinations in the back end of the campaign.

Leandro Trossard

Arteta was coy about the chance the Belgian has to make it back into the Arsenal team but with Martinelli playing so much it’d make sense to see him.
