Arsenal press conference LIVE: Mikel Arteta on Brentford, title blow and missed chances

4 hours ago 36

Mikel Arteta faces the media following his Arsenal side’s draw with Brentford. On a night where his side created very little, they will perhaps be grateful to escape with a point after several close calls at the end.

The first half was not an advert for the league in any way, shape or form, with just four shots shared between the two sides. The Gunners boss made a change at the break with Martin Odegaard coming on for Eberechi Eze, which certainly helped his side get more control of the ball.

And shortly after, Noni Madueke had the ball in the back of the net after a great cross from the left-hand side courtesy of Piero Hincapie. However, a long throw found it's way to Keane Lewis-Potter whose header beat David Raya and the Gunners drop two points on the road.
