Arsenal press conference LIVE: Mikel Arteta on Southampton, 12 injury updates and Max Dowman

Mikel Arteta faces the media ahead of Arsenal's clash with Southampton in the FA Cup quarter-final. In a rare occurrence on the south coast, the Gunners will be wearing their red and white home kit, with the Saints sporting their yellow and blue centenary kit, celebrating 50 years since winning the competition.

The Arsenal manager will face plenty of questions about the status of many of his players. There are question marks for 12 players, including: Martin Odegaard, Jurrien Timber, Eberechi Eze, Piero Hincapie, Martin Zubimendi, Noni Madueke, Gabriel Magalhaes, William Saliba, Bukayo Saka and Declan Rice.

With a UEFA Champions League quarter-final in midweek in Portugal, Arteta cannot afford too many further fitness complaints. This fixture however on Saturday could provide some opportunities to some other stars like Max Dowman and Myles Lewis-Skelly.
