Mikel Arteta faced the media after his Arsenal side’s victory over Tottenham in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon. A massive win and a great performance from his side following their disappointment at Wolves to get their title race back on track.
After making the big call to start Eberechi Eze through the middle, Arsenal were rewarded when the England international gave them the lead. Yet 123 seconds later, Declan Rice made a huge mistake to gift Randal Kolo Muani an equaliser.
Early into the second half, Viktor Gyokeres fired right past Guglielmo Vicario before the Gunners took control, courtesy of another goal from Eze, which sent the Arsenal fans into pandemonium.
David Raya produced an amazing stop at the end of the game too. Gyokeres added his side’s fourth right at the end with a great finish after a sublime pass from Martin Odegaard.
Arteta will be quizzed on Bukayo Saka, however, who came off with an ankle issue after Xavi Simons landed on him awkwardly.
