Premier League leaders Arsenal extended their advantage over Liverpool and Manchester City after the Gunners beat Crystal Palace and both of their title rivals lost
Arsenal extended their lead atop the Premier League table to four points on Sunday after beating Crystal Palace.
That result, combined with Aston Villa winning against Manchester City, means the Gunners are even further ahead than when coming into the weekend. Bournemouth are now the team in second after their 2-0 win over Nottingham Forest.
The Cherries moved a point in front of Sunderland, who won 2-1 against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Saturday. Man City are then one point behind them - and six adrift of Arsenal - on 16, with Liverpool further behind on 15, level with Manchester United.
