Arsenal dropped valuable points in the Premier League title race after falling to a home defeat against Andoni Iraola's Bournemouth on Saturday afternoon

Arsenal were stunned by Bournemouth, falling to a 2-1 home defeat in the Premier League and complicating their position in the title race. The visitors struck first after 17 minutes before Viktor Gyokeres levelled from the penalty spot.
The decisive blow came in the 74th minute when Alex Scott fired in the winner for Andoni Iraola's side, who have now gone 12 league games unbeaten. The gap to Manchester City stays at nine points, but Pep Guardiola's side play on Sunday against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.
A City win would trim the deficit to six points, and they still hold a game in hand against Crystal Palace before hosting Arsenal at the Etihad Stadium next weekend.
