Motherwell manager Jens Berthel Askou insists he is "extremely happy" at Fir Park and is looking to see how far they can take their successful season to date.
Having taken charge this summer of a side that finished eighth in the Scottish Premiership last season, Askou's squad currently sit fourth as they prepare to face fifth-top Hibernian this weekend.
As a result, the former IFK Gothenburg head coach has been increasingly linked with other jobs.
"It's natural," the 43-year-old Dane said. "Sometimes you get linked with getting sacked if you're not winning enough games.
"We take all the good attention that comes from us doing well."
Kilmarnock have just appointed Neil McCann after Stuart Kettlewell's exit, Celtic have installed Martin O'Neill until the summer after axing Wilfried Nancy, while Rangers have Danny Rohl in charge after dispensing with Russell Martin earlier in the season.
Now Aberdeen are seeking a replacement after sacking Jimmy Thelin in what has become a season of instability in Scotland's top flight.
Askou himself had short spells as assistant with Sparta Prague then Copenhagen before Motherwell came calling.
However, he said: "I'm extremely happy to be here. I'm like everyone else here - really enjoying what we're doing and want to see how far we can take it."
Askou was keen to downplay the notion of a title challenge, suggesting it is basically impossible over the course of a campaign as a result of the gap in resources between Motherwell and bigger clubs.
He added that their priority is to secure a top-six finish and progress from there.
