A clear front-runner is now emerging in the race to sign Luka Vuskovic as a new report sheds light on where the Tottenham star wants to be playing his football.
Over recent weeks, several reports have suggested that Luka Vuskovic is attracting interest from elite clubs after winning several admirers with his displays on loan at Hamburg.
According to some sources, Spurs are worried that the centre-back would leave this summer without making a single appearance for the club, as the teenager’s list of admirers continues to grow.
Bayern Munich are one of the clubs eyeing a move for the Croat this summer, but it has now emerged that the Bundesliga side are not the leading contender to land the 18-year-old.

Barcelona are favourites to land Luka Vuskovic from Tottenham
Sport Bild are now reporting that it’s highly unlikely that the Spurs centre-back will remain at Hamburg beyond the end of the season.
However, the outlet claims that it ‘remains to be seen’ if Vuskovic will stay at Tottenham as the youngster is keen on playing European football next season.
Barcelona are now monitoring the defender closely as they eye signing a tall, aerially dominant centre-back.
It is revealed that Vuskovic is keen on playing in Spain, and his agent, Pini Zahavi, has a very good relationship with Barcelona’s president, Joan Laporta.
Zahavi, who also represents Hansi Flick, is said to be in talks with the Catalan club over Vuskovic, whose signing has been recommended to the club by Barca legend Ivan Rakitic.
Who are the other clubs involved in the race for Vuskovic?
Sport Bild say that Real Madrid also have their eye on the Croat, having first attempted to sign him when he was a youth player at Hajduk Split.
Vuskovic’s name is also on Liverpool’s shortlist, with the Reds expected to sign a centre-back this summer if Ibrahima Konate leaves the club.
Finally, it is revealed that Chelsea are also fans of the Tottenham youngster, who is expected to cost around €60m (£52.2m) this summer.
