Moreover, this news comes after Fichajes reported that Bayern Munich’s center-back has yet to sign a new contract, leaving the door open for a potential free transfer that would appeal to Manchester United, Real Madrid, and PSG.

Upamecano currently earns around €16 million net per season and is pushing for a significant raise. Bayern Munich are reportedly unwilling to break its wage structure, which could give other clubs an opening to step in.

It will be interesting to see how the next few months play out. PSG could swoop in with a pre-contract if Upamecano doesn’t sign an extension before January 2026.
