Premier League clubs do not enter the draw for the Carabao Cup until the second round, at which point top-flight teams not participating in Europe will now be involved in the tournament.

The draw will take place ahead of the first-round tie between Birmingham City and Sheffield United on Wednesday evening.

Going into the draw, there are still some spots in the second round that are yet to be filled, including the winner between Blues and Sheffield United.
