Hello and welcome to football.london for live coverage of Chelsea's FA Cup third round tie against Charlton Athletic this evening.
The Blues make the short trip south of the river to take on the Addicks at The Valley in Liam Rosenior's first match in charge. Rosenior became the club's new first-team head coach earlier in the week and after watching from the stands as Chelsea fell to a 2-1 defeat at Fulham, the 41-year-old will make his debut in the dugout tonight.
Rosenior conducted his first press conference as Blues head coach yesterday afternoon and came across well as he set his targets on bringing success to Stamford Bridge. It all starts this evening with his first match as Chelsea boss, as the west Londoners take on the south Londoners for the first time since February 2007.
