Liam Rosenior was forced to make a change during Chelsea's clash against Pafos in the UEFA Champions League

Filip Jorgensen was forced to come off during Chelsea's clash against Pafos in the UEFA Champions League. The 23-year-old goalkeeper, who appeared to suffer a knock towards the end of the first half, was replaced by Robert Sanchez at half-time.

Liam Rosenior also brought on Estevao Willian for Reece James at the break.
