A defeat to Brighton at the Amex Stadium on Tuesday night could all but extinguish Chelsea's chances of qualifying for the UEFA Champions League.
Liam Rosenior has been putting his players through their paces ahead of Chelsea's clash against Brighton. The Blues will look to return to winning ways when they face Fabian Hurzeler's side at the Amex Stadium on Tuesday night.
Chelsea have lost and failed to score in each of their last four Premier League games, falling seven points behind Liverpool in the race for qualification to the UEFA Champions League. Speaking to reporters at Cobham on Monday afternoon, the Blues boss outlined his plan to climb the table.
"We've made it very difficult for ourselves," said Rosenior. "We have to be honest and realistic with that. What we can't do is give up; we keep fighting.
"We have to make sure we go to Brighton with similar attributes to what I saw against Manchester United in terms of our energy, and our intensity and engagement to the game, which was good.

"But what we didn't do is we didn't keep a clean sheet in the moment, and we didn't take advantage of the chances, so we need to be more clinical and more ruthless in both boxes."
So, with that being said, football.london has looked at four things you may have missed in training ahead of Tuesday night's clash against Brighton.

Colwill steps up rehabilitation programme
This week, Levi Colwill has stepped up preparations for his eventual return to first-team action. The 23-year-old defender, who suffered an anterior cruciate ligament injury at the start of pre-season last summer, made a 'huge impression' on the squad and already looks set to be a key player for Chelsea again next term.
On whether Colwill could feature before the end of the campaign, Rosenior said: "Very hopefully, yes, you can see him before the end of the season. Levi's plan, it was a very low-level game, 60 minutes was a really, really good start for him.
"We want him to be involved in the next game on Saturday with the Under-21s as well, build him up, because it's been a really bad injury that he's come back from.
"So his rehab's gone really well, he's trained today, he makes a huge impression on the group. You can see his presence on the training pitch. I can't wait to have him back in with the group."
Chelsea youngster given chance to shine
Jesse Derry was spotted training with the first-team on Monday morning. The 18-year-old winger, who made his senior debut for Chelsea earlier this season, has made a great impression in the academy; with Estevao Willian and Jamie Gittens injured, he could be given another chance to impress on the Premier League stage.
Pedro faces late fitness test
Joao Pedro was spotted in action at Cobham by the Evening Standard, although he wasn't pictured in photos taken by the club. The 24-year-old striker missed Chelsea's clash against Manchester United on Saturday night after suffering a minor thigh injury in training.
football.london understands that he was 'touch and go' at the weekend, but ultimately failed a late fitness test. On Monday afternoon, Rosenior claimed Pedro was on the grass, but would undergo another late fitness test to determine his availability.
Fernandez overcomes injury scare
Enzo Fernandez was, however, pictured in training. The 25-year-old midfielder appeared to suffer an injury at the weekend after landing awkwardly, but he seems right as rain and ready to face Brighton.
