Chelsea welcome Manchester United to Stamford Bridge at the weekend with the Blues having a free week to prepare for what is an enormous match in their season
Liam Rosenior has mentioned a few times that he has not had as much time as he would have liked to work with his Chelsea squad on the training pitch. Since taking over in January, it's been fairly non-stop for the Blues head coach.
Saturday evening's home match with Manchester United will be the fourth game where Rosenior has had a free week of preparation to work at Cobham with his players. The previous three games where that has been the case were against Burnley, Arsenal and Manchester City (last weekend) and Chelsea have just one point from a possible nine.
Evidence suggests even when Rosenior is having the time to get his ideas across, his team is still not performing very well. This weekend's match is absolutely massive for the Blues, who go into the weekend four points adrift of fifth-place Liverpool. Chelsea need some sort of positive result at Stamford Bridge - for the supporters' sake more than anything; with the fans really starting to turn on Rosenior in recent weeks.

The Chelsea players have been put through their paces so far this week in the build up to Saturday's match. With that being said, football.london takes a look at the latest batch of training photos to drop.
Fernandez back
After serving his two-match in-house suspension, Enzo Fernandez has been pictured in training alongside his teammates. Rosenior told reporters that the Argentine would remain in training alongside the first team during his ban, but we never saw him in any of the pictures being released by the club.
Either way, Fernandez is back now and is in contention to return to the squad for the visit of Man United. The £107million signing has a point to prove to the supporters at Stamford Bridge and it will be interesting to hear the sort of reception he receives when his name is read out on Saturday evening.
Chalobah injury boost
After being stretchered off in the second-leg defeat to Paris Saint-Germain less than a month ago, Chelsea supporters were fearing the worst when it came to Trevoh Chalobah. It looked like a really nasty injury for the 26-year-old defender, who had been a mainstay under both Rosenior and Enzo Maresca this season, but fortunately the injury was not as bad as first feared.
Now, almost a month on, Chalobah has been pictured back in first-team training. It is unclear whether he is part of the main session or if he is just doing some fitness work on the grass, either way it is a big boost for Chelsea at a crucial time in the season.
Palmer preparing
There has been so much talk surrounding Cole Palmer recently. The 23-year-old, by his own high standards, has had a disappointing campaign - scoring 10 goals in all competitions. Palmer recently claimed he had "turned a corner" with his fitness levels but Chelsea are yet to reap the rewards that comes with that.
This weekend, Palmer takes on Man United - a club close to his heart after supporting them as a boy. There has been mass speculation that Palmer is 'unsettled' in west London and wants to return to Manchester, the red half this time, while Chelsea continue to dismiss such claims.
The Blues need a big Palmer performance on Saturday night under the lights. Maybe the narrative going into the game can help fuel Palmer for an overdue performance.
