Filip Jorgensen made a huge mistake during the second half of Chelsea's clash against Paris Saint-Germain. The 23-year-old goalkeeper was at fault for the French giant's third goal of the evening following a costly lapse of judgement.
Bradley Barcola intercepted a sloppy pass by Jorgensen, which fell to Khvicha Kvaratskhelia on the edge of the box. The PSG winger teed up Vitinha, who then chipped the Denmark international.
