Tottenham Hotspur are continuing to eye a move for Dusan Vlahovic, but the North London club have just received some bad news about the Serbian.
Tottenham reportedly enquired about a deal for Vlahovic in January, but the centre-forward stayed put at Juventus.
However, the striker may not remain in Turin for too long as his current deal runs out in June, and he is now free to sign a pre-contract agreement with clubs outside of Italy.
Spurs have been installed as one of the leading contenders to land Vlahovic in the summer, but a new update has shed light on what the player’s desired destination is.

Tottenham target Dusan Vlahovic prioritising move to Barcelona
TEAMtalk have now revealed that Juventus and Vlahovic have failed to reach a breakthrough in contract negotiations, which have stalled repeatedly.
The report says that Tottenham have been ‘kept constantly informed’ on the striker’s situation, but it is Barcelona who have now emerged as the top contenders to secure his services.
It is revealed that Camp Nou has emerged as Vlahovic’s preferred destination in the summer after the La Liga giants signalled their interest.
In fact, the outlet alleges that the forward has instructed his representatives to prioritise talks with the Catalan club.
Serie A club also in talks with Vlahovic
TEAMtalk say that AC Milan have also emerged as a ‘serious contender’ for the 26-year-old’s signature.
The Rossoneri are keen on adding a top-class number nine to their squad and have been in ‘direct discussions’ with Vlahovic over a move to the San Siro.
However, the outlet adds that Milan have a wage ceiling of £7m per season, which may fall short of the Juve star’s expectations.
