Enzo Fernandez pointed to the Chelsea badge during his celebration after scoring in the FA Cup semi-final against Leeds United. The Argentine midfielder headed home the opener at Wembley and sent a clear message after transfer rumours linking him with a move to Real Madrid.
Fernandez furthered those with several admissions on Los Blancos while also not providing clarity on his future at Stamford Bridge.
Liam Rosenior handed Fernandez an internal two-match ban for his comments about Real Madrid with the matter deemed resolved.
He returned to the Blues team against Manchester United and also played the full 90 minutes of the defeat to Brighton that spelled the end of Rosenior's stint at the club.

The coming months are likely to be crucial for Fernandez and his future as Chelsea search for another manager. However, his actions suggests that he is committed to the club.
It is also worth noting that such a message can often be hollow with Fernandez himself doing similar while at Benfica and being linked with a move to Chelsea. He ended up joining the Blues a few weeks on from that action.
