Hello and welcome to football.london for live coverage of Enzo Maresca's pre-match press conference ahead of Chelsea's clash with Ajax on Wednesday night.
The Champions League is back and for the Blues, a chance to move to six points with a win against the Dutch side. At the end of last month, Maresca's side picked up their first European win of the campaign with a crucial three points at home to Benfica.
On Wednesday evening, there is a chance to double their points total with another match at Stamford Bridge. Ajax, managed by former Everton defender John Heitinga, are struggling at the moment, with just four wins from their opening nine matches in the Dutch top-flight, while the side have lost both of their Champions League games this term, without scoring a goal.
Maresca will be hoping to inflict even more pain on Heitinga and Ajax on Wednesday night, but before that he will preview Chelsea's third European match of the season. The Italian's press conference gets underway at 12pm (UK time) this afternoon at Stamford Bridge, and you can follow live coverage down below.
