The FA Cup third round draw is a much-anticipated event in the football calendar, with Premier League and Championship teams entering the competition alongside numerous lower-league clubs hoping for a high-profile tie. Both Manchester City and Manchester United will learn their opponents as they set their sights on winning the famous trophy.
The third round will feature 64 teams, combining the top two divisions and the 20 second round winners. The FA Cup draw will also include at least two sixth-tier clubs due to a pair of all-non-league matches this weekend.
Many of the clubs in the third round draw will be hoping to draw big names like City and United, as high-profile fixtures can significantly boost a team's finances. Here are all the details about the FA Cup third round draw.
