If you’ve followed the steps above but can’t spot the Preferred Sources icon next to Top Stories, don’t worry – here are a few quick things to check:

1. Make sure you’re signed in: Preferred Sources are linked to your Google account, so check you’re logged in, then refresh the page.
2. Try searching a different news topic: The Top Stories box only appears for topics with recent news coverage, so searching something timely can help.
3. Update the Google app : If you’re using mobile, make sure you’ve got the latest version of the Google app installed, then try again.

Once that’s done, head back to Google and you should be able to add Football London as your preferred source and start seeing more of our top stories and exclusives.
