Gianluigi Donnarumma has nine days to secure a Premier League move before this summer transfer window closes.

Paris Saint-Germain have frozen the Italy international out of their squad this summer at the behest of head coach Luis Enrique after signing Lucas Chevalier from Lille.

They are overhauling their goalkeeper department after winning the Champions League, with Arnau Tenas also seemingly surplus to requirements. Matvey Safonov and teenage summer signing Renato Marin are backing up Chevalier to start this season.

Donnarumma, meanwhile, said goodbye to PSG fans at the Parc des Princes on Friday night. Below is all the latest reporting:

Sky has slashed the price of its Essential TV and Sky Sports bundle for the 2025/26 season, saving members £192 and offering more than 1,400 live matches across the Premier League, EFL and more.

Sky will show at least 215 live Premier League games this season, an increase of up to 100 more.

'City agreement' as 'negotiations underway'

The journalist Fabrizio Romano reports that Donnarumma have agreed on personal terms with Manchester City. He claims negotiations are underway with PSG over a fee below their initial €50million (£43.34m) asking price.

Any deal, however, reputedly remains dependent on Ederson leaving City this summer. Galatasaray are still keen, and his future remains unclear after being usurped by the returning James Trafford.

The Brazil international was back on the substitutes bench for the 2-0 loss to Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday. Ederson missed City's opening match of the Premier League season against Wolverhampton Wanderers, albeit due to an untimely bout of gastroenteritis.

United stance on Donnarumma

Manchester United have scoffed at suggestions that they could move for Donnarumma. The club have not entirely ruled out signing a new goalkeeper, although they are not planning to recruit a new number one.

Senne Lammens is who United are accelerating their interest in. They also explored the possibility of signing Emiliano Martinez on loan from Aston Villa earlier in the window.

In January, the Manchester Evening News revealed that United was looking for a new goalkeeper; however, they did not consider the position a priority this summer. An injury to Andre Onana also had a bearing on their inactivity.
