Manchester City welcome Newcastle United to the Etihad Stadium this evening as the Premier League title race resumes.
Manchester City return to Premier League action this evening against Newcastle United. The Blues were buoyed after Arsenal squandered a two-goal lead to draw 2-2 with Wolverhampton Wanderers on Wednesday night. City know they can move to within two points of the Gunners if they beat Eddie Howe's men before Arsenal travel to Tottenham on Sunday.
Erling Haaland missed the Salford City victory last weekend after picking up a knock in the first half against Fulham. Pep Guardiola has confirmed Savinho could return for the Blues today and Bernardo Silva will be ready to take part. Josko Gvardiol and Mateo Kovacic are still out.
