Harry Kane has addressed speculation over a return to Tottenham, with the striker speaking clearly about his immediate Bayern Munich future.
Harry Kane remains one of the best finishers in world football. The England captain has only grown sharper since leaving the Premier League three years ago, and his numbers in Germany reflect a striker still operating at the very top level.
Since joining Bayern Munich, Kane has built a remarkable record, reaching 100 goals in just 104 appearances, a tally that underlines both his ruthlessness in front of goal.
However, despite his success in Germany, the prospect of Kane returning to England is never far from conversation, with many still believing there is unfinished business, given Alan Shearer’s all-time Premier League goalscoring record remains within reach.
Harry Kane on Tottenham and Manchester United links
Reports have once again linked Kane with a move back to England, with Tottenham holding a first refusal clause while Manchester United are also among the sides monitoring his situation.
The Bayern Munich forward has now spoken about the possibility of returning to the Premier League. Kane made it clear that such thoughts are not on his mind at present, insisting he is fully focused on Bayern Munich.
He said: “No, I am not thinking about a Premier League return at the moment. I am really happy here. I have two years left on my contract. I am enjoying every moment. Bayern is the best place to win trophies, absolutely.”

Kane could be a statement signing as Spurs embark on a new era
While Harry Kane never managed to lift silverware during his time at Tottenham, his move to Bayern has already delivered trophies; however, back in north London, Spurs are themselves beginning a new era.
Tottenham lifted the Europa League last season and has since seen significant changes to the club’s hierarchy, signalling an ambition to build on recent success and push towards a new level under Thomas Frank.
Frank himself has left the door open for a Kane return, while there has also been growing talk of the Lewis family looking to match that ambition financially, and if Spurs were able to bring Kane back, particularly at a reduced fee owing to his contract clause, it would be a clear statement of intent.
