How to watch Arsenal vs Wolves in US and UK - TV channel, live stream and team news

3 hours ago 17

Arsenal’s title credentials will be tested again on Saturday when Mikel Arteta’s side hosts Wolverhampton Wanderers in the day’s late kick-off.

In truth, it’s a game most will consider a straightforward assignment for the side that continued its 100 percent record in the Champions League in midweek. Arsenal also sits at the top of the Premier League table and welcomes Wolves, a team rooted to the bottom of the league and still chasing its first win of the season.

Remarkably, there is already a colossal 31-point gap between the clubs in the top flight, and few expect Wolves to make the journey to the Emirates again next year. The Midlands club has now lost nine in a row in all competitions, and that record will likely tick into double figures in North London on Saturday.

Here’s all the TV information ahead of the game.

What time is kick-off?

The game begins at 8 pm UK time. For fans in the US, that's 3 pm Eastern Time and 12 pm Pacific Time.

Is the game on TV?

Yes, in the UK it will be broadcast on TNT Sport 1 and can also be streamed via the Discovery+ app.

Fans in the US will be able to catch all the action, with Peacock and NBCSN carrying the coverage, while the game can also be streamed via Peacock.

Team news

Arteta admitted in Friday’s pre-match press conference that he is unsure about the fitness of William Saliba, Jurrien Timber, Declan Rice and Leandro Trossard, all of whom missed the midweek trip to Bruges due to injury or illness.

The Gunners also remain without Gabriel and Cristhian Mosquera, while Riccardo Calafiori is absent due to suspension. That creates something of a defensive crisis for Arsenal, with Christian Norgaard forced to deputize at center-back on Wednesday.

Kai Havertz and Max Dowman are the final names on Arsenal’s lengthy injury list.

As for Wolves, Rob Edwards confirmed ahead of the game that the injury Jean-Ricner Bellegarde suffered in Monday’s defeat to Manchester United will keep him out for “six or more weeks”.

Joao Gomes added to the list of absentees after picking up a fifth yellow card in midweek, which rules him out of Saturday’s game through suspension.

Daniel Bentley, Rodrigo Gomes, Marshall Munetsi and Leon Chiwome are also missing through injury.
