Liverpool icon Jamie Carragher has suggested that Arsenal's "lack of superstars" in attack could be the London club's downfall in the Premier League title race, despite currently leading Manchester City by four points.
The former Reds defender didn't hold back in his assessment of Bukayo Saka and Martin Odegaard, stating that the pair haven't lived up to expectations at the Emirates Stadium.
While Carragher acknowledges the Gunners' mental strength, he believes Mikel Arteta's players are lacking firepower upfront, even though they've netted the second-highest number of goals in the Premier League this season. Pep Guardiola's Manchester City players are hot on Arsenal's heels, trailing by four points in second place.

People talk about their mentality – I actually think Arsenal have a great mentality.
"But their problem could be a lack of quality in the final third. When I watch Arsenal, I don't think they've got an absolute superstar in the front four or five players. I thought Saka and Odegaard were going to get there a couple of years ago.
"I thought they were ready to almost become the best players in the Premier League. I still don't think Arsenal have got one of them. So people talk about mentality with Arsenal, but what I think could actually stop them [in the title race] is actually quality.

"I think we would all agree that Arsenal are the best team this season, but Man City have been there before, even if it's not a vintage City."
Both Saka and Odegaard have endured injury troubles this campaign, leading to disrupted seasons for the pair. The England winger sustained a hamstring problem during the 5-1 thrashing of Leeds back in August.
He subsequently missed five matches due to the muscular issue, before suffering another blow when he injured his hip during the warm-up prior to Arsenal's 4-0 victory over the Whites in the return fixture at Elland Road.
Norwegian playmaker Odegaard has similarly battled fitness concerns throughout the season. The midfielder dealt with shoulder complications early on before sustaining an MCL injury during the 2-0 triumph over West Ham in October.
This unfortunate run saw him become the first player in Premier League history to be substituted before the interval in three successive starts.
Odegaard has registered just a solitary Premier League goal this season, while Saka has netted only four times in the top division during this campaign.
The Gunners return to Premier League duty on Wednesday and have the opportunity to extend their advantage over Man City to seven points should they overcome relegation-threatened Wolves at Molineux.
Arteta's players then make the short journey to Tottenham for the north London derby this weekend, which will mark Igor Tudor's debut as Spurs manager.
