Liverpool star Jeremie Frimpong has previewed the weekend's visit of Crystal Palace in the Premier League, insisting that there is still plenty to play for at the end of the season

Liverpool full-back Jeremie Frimpong says the Reds still have five "finals" left to play this season, even with Champions League soccer looking likely to be confirmed.
Arne Slot's men have no silverware on the line and are not that far away from being confirmed as top-five finishers. That would be sufficient to qualify for the Champions League, which is the minimum aim for Liverpool.
But with matches against Crystal Palace, Manchester United, Chelsea, Aston Villa and Brentford left to go, there is still something for Liverpool to play for. It could do with continuing to build momentum ahead of next term.

"The spirits are good now. Everyone is excited to go for the match on Saturday because Crystal Palace have beaten us three times this season.
"Obviously we want to show that we can beat them. We’re looking forward to the match.

"I feel like the matches coming up are really important — five more matches and we want to win all of them. I feel like we can do that.
"Obviously [we can't] finish the season on a 'high' but we can finish the season on wins. That’s what we want to do so we’ll go for it.
"We want to finish strongly and get Champions League. These matches are like finals so we’re going to give it our all, 100 per cent."
Liverpool needs a maximum of three more wins to secure a top-five finish. It will only need two, in all likelihood, as the teams in the chasing pack are unlikely to win every remaining game.

After beating Chelsea earlier this week, Brighton is the closest team to Liverpool in the Premier League standings at the moment. The Seagulls are five points behind the Reds having played a game more.
Bournemouth, who drew with Leeds, are a point behind Brighton and have also played 34 games, while Chelsea is another point behind the Cherries and level with Brentford.
Liverpool.com says: Frimpong calling the last few games 'finals' is maybe overdoing it a bit, but they will be important in setting the mood heading into the summer.
It is possible that Liverpool could overtake Aston Villa, Manchester United, or both. That would set things up nicely ahead of next term, when Arne Slot's men will need to improve substantially.
