Jude Bellingham has slammed rumors of a rift with Xabi Alonso prior to his dismissal, branding the speculation as "a load of s---."

The former Liverpool midfielder was fired by Real Madrid on Monday after merely eight months in charge. His departure follows a turbulent period with Los Blancos, during which they have fallen behind Barcelona in the La Liga title.

Reports have emerged suggesting Alonso clashed with several of the club's high-profile stars, including Vinicius Jr., Kylian Mbappe, and Bellingham. However, the England star moved swiftly to quash those claims with an expletive-laden tirade on his own 'JB5' app.

He said: "Until now, l've let far too many of these slide, always hoping the truth will come to light in its own time. But honestly... What a load of s---.

"Truly feel sorry for the people that hang onto the every word of these clowns and their 'sources.' Do not believe everything you read, every now and then these lot need to be held accountable for spreading this kind of damaging misinformation for clicks and added controversy."

Bellingham, 22, featured 29 times for Madrid under Alonso, netting six goals. The midfielder isn't alone in voicing his opinion.

Kylian Mbappe also paid tribute to Alonso following his departure and was full of praise for the Spaniard's work at the Bernabeu.

He wrote: "It's been short, but it was a pleasure to play for you and learn from you. Thank you for giving me the confidence since Day 1.

"I will remember you as a manager who had clear ideas and knows many things about football. Best of luck for your next chapter."

Alonso himself also broke his silence following his departure from Madrid.

Taking to social media, he wrote: "This chapter of my career has come to an end, and it hasn't turned out as we would have liked. Coaching Real Madrid has been both an honor and a responsibility.

"I thank the club, the players, and above all, the fans and the Madridista community for their trust and support. I leave with respect, gratitude, and the pride of having done my best."

Madrid already announced Alonso's replacement at the club. Former Liverpool defender Alvaro Arbeloa has been named as his successor and will take charge of his first match on Wednesday against Albacete in the Copa del Rey.

His debut league fixture comes this weekend when Madrid hosts Levante.
