UEFA has unveiled the complete schedule for the league phase of the 2025-26 Champions League, with Liverpool now knowing its full fixture schedule. This year's competition sees six English clubs participating, each learning their eight opponents - four home and four away matches - during Thursday's draw in Monaco.

The first round of matches is headlined by Trent Alexander-Arnold's Anfield return with Liverpool set to host Real Madrid on Tuesday, November 4. It comes after UEFA rules confirmed the two clubs cannot face each other at Anfield at the same stage next season.

The Reds open their account against Atletico Madrid and also face matches against Inter Milan, Marseille, Galatasaray, Eintracht Frankfurt, PSV Eindhoven and Qarabag.

Liverpool fixtures

  • Atletico Madrid (home) - Wednesday, September 17 (8pm/3PM ET)
  • Galatarasay (away) - Tuesday, September 30 (8pm/3PM ET)
  • Eintracht Frankfurt (away) - Wednesday, October 22 (8pm/3PM ET)
  • Real Madrid (home) - Tuesday, November 4 (8pm/3PM ET)
  • PSV Eindhoven (home) - Wednesday November 26 (8pm/3PM ET)
  • Inter Milan (away) - Tuesday, December 9 (8pm/3PM ET)
  • Marseille (away) - Wednesday, January 21(8pm/3PM ET)
  • Qarabag (home) - Wednesday, January 28 (8pm/3PM ET)

Liverpool of course also now knows its Premier League matches either side of those dates, including a trip to the Etihad to face Manchester City following the Real Madrid showdown.

The Reds have also confirmed that the game against Brentford on October 25 has been pushed back to an (8pm/3PM ET) kick off due to the trip to Germany to face Frankfurt a few days earlier.

Speaking after the draw was made, boss Arne Slot said: "I think the first thing to say is that like last season, it is a very challenging draw, but we knew that it would be because in the Champions League, especially with the new format, there is no such thing as an easy draw.

"But what is also clear is that this is a very exciting draw, full of big games both home and away.

"To be able to welcome Real Madrid to Anfield again is something special. Last season's game was of course a memorable one – and I expect the same this time around. That is, I am sure, a fixture that the whole world will be looking at.

"On a personal note, it is always nice to play against a Dutch team in PSV Eindhoven, a team that won the league title two years in a row. The same goes for Galatasaray, who have won three in a row in Turkey, and for Qarabag, the champions of Azerbaijan.

"And to also play against sides of the calibre of Inter Milan, Atletico Madrid, Eintracht Frankfurt and Marseille shows the strength of this competition."
