Paris Saint-Germain is reportedly set to join the race against Liverpool for RB Leipzig winger Yan Diomande following discussions over a potential transfer.
Recent reports have indicated the Ivorian teenager has been firmly on the Reds' radar, with Liverpool understood to have monitored him closely.
However, it is believed that Leipzig's substantial valuation of the 19 year old could put off Liverpool and other interested clubs. Premier League rivals Manchester United, Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea are also thought to be keen, alongside German champions Bayern Munich. Sky Sports Germany now report that PSG have entered the fray, with the European giants' sporting director Luis Campos said to have 'entered the bidding war'.

Nevertheless, Liverpool are still regarded as the favourites to secure the young talent.
The Reds are searching for a new first-team winger this summer, with Mohamed Salah set to leave after nine years on Merseyside.
It has been suggested that Liverpool's interest in Diomande stems from those at Anfield having 'noticed' the need to bring in a more skilful, pacey wide player capable of breaking down a deep-sitting defence.
Other names under consideration include Yankuba Minteh, Bazoumana Toure, Francisco Conceicao, Anthony Gordon, Bradley Barcola and Rodrygo.
Liverpool's rumored interest in a different type of attacker has previously been addressed by Reds boss Arne Slot, who recognises that the Premier League landscape has changed significantly.

He said: "We are aware that football has changed in England. We will always try to have our own style, but we cannot shut our eyes for the new reality.
"And that it's not only low blocks, it's also set-piece after set-piece after set-piece. One of the reasons why we haven't been successful in the first half of the season was mainly set-pieces. Yes, I'm fully involved in next season and we have these discussions as well."
"How can we unlock a low block? Wingers are very important to unlock a low block, as we noticed last season with Mo and Luis Diaz."
"Replacing Mo on a one-on-one is probably impossible. So we have to find a way of making it work that the team is stronger."
