Liverpool fans have overwhelmingly given their seal of approval after Adidas' first jerseys were unveiled following the German giant's return to manufacturing the Reds' kits.
This is the third time that Liverpool has worn Adidas shirts. It first happened between 1985 and 1996, and then again from 2006 to 2012. During those periods, the Reds won three top-flight league titles and three FA Cups, and will hope to build on that record soon.
Normally, the jerseys are launched earlier in the summer. This time, though, there was a delay while the Nike arrangement was concluded, with Adidas being made to wait.
The lucrative deal was confirmed back in March of this year. And fans can now buy the new strips, which will be worn by the players for the first time in the Anfield double-header against Athletic Club on Monday.
The Anfield Wrap posted: "I didn't think watching [Alexis Mac Allister] could get much better, but seeing him do it in these long sleeves might change that."
Peter Bolster: "Getting God to launch the new Adidas era was a good move. Just wish he was still playing. It’s not just his unbelievable talent — people forget how much Robbie Fowler is one of us."
Abi Rudkin: "Genuinely obsessed with the long-sleeved version. It’s giving Torres vibes."
@StePlunk: "Brilliant! Welcome back @adidasfootball it's been too long."
Liv Heslington: "This kit is gorgeous."
@iainj2016: "Oh we're back."
Liverpool also confirmed new jersey numbers for various players today. Florian Wirtz, who is an Adidas athlete, will take on the iconic number seven after his club-record transfer from Bayer Leverkusen for a fee that could reach around $155 million (£116 million).

Milos Kerkez has taken the number six shirt, while Conor Bradley has moved down from 84 to number 12. Hugo Ekitike takes 22, with Giorgi Mamardashvili picking number 25.
Freddie Woodman is number 28, Jeremie Frimpong is number 30 (the same as when he was with Leverkusen), and Armin Pecsi has selected the number 41. Trey Nyoni moves down to 42, having previously worn 98.
Liverpool.com says: The home shirt, in particular, looks very nice. The main thing is that the Reds are successful while wearing the strip, but that seems likely. Wirtz looks right at home in it.
