Luis Diaz sent Liverpool a painful reminder of their forward struggles as he impressed yet again for Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga on Friday night.

The Colombian international bagged a goal and an assist in the first half of his team's clash with Borussia Monchengladbach, helping to give them a two-goal lead heading into half-time. It was Diaz's 20th goal of the season and 16th assist of the campaign, underlining his quality since joining the German giants.

At the same time as he was bagging a goal and an assist, Liverpool was being left frustrated in the opening 45 minutes of their encounter with Wolves. Open play chances haven't been easy for the Reds to come by as of late, with the lack of Diaz's quality in the team among the many factors impacting the Merseyside outfit this campaign.
