Liverpool learns new date for Man City fixture and two more Premier League games

Liverpool supporters will need to adjust their schedules following a reshuffle of Premier League fixtures. Several top-tier matches set for November have been moved due to the scheduling of European games.

This season sees nine English teams participating in European competitions: six in the Champions League, two in the Europa League and one in the Conference League.

As a result, already hectic calendars filled with domestic matches have been further expanded as clubs pursue European glory, with Liverpool beating Atletico Madrid at Anfield on Wednesday night.

For context, Manchester City, Arsenal, Spurs, Chelsea, Liverpool and Newcastle United are all competing in the Champions League this term.

Meanwhile, Aston Villa and Nottingham Forest are representing in the Europa League. Crystal Palace is also vying for the Europa Conference League title.

Liverpool returns to action against Everton in the Merseyside derby on Saturday, looking to maintain its 100 percent start to the season.

That continued with victory over Atletico Madrid in midweek, as Alexander Isak made his debut. Arne Slot offered a hint on whether the Swedish striker will keep his place at Anfield on Saturday.

Liverpool has confirmed the dates and times of its November matches, with three being moved. November begins with the visit of Aston Villa to Anfield, with that encounter now getting underway at 8pm GMT.

The following weekend, Liverpool travels to Manchester City on Sunday November 9, with a 4:30pm GMT kick-off, before ending the month against West Ham.

That encounter at the London Stadium is due to get underway at 2:05pm GMT on Sunday November 30.
