As the summer transfer window winds down, the question is whether Rodrygo will leave Real Madrid, especially with recent rumors linking him to Liverpool and PSG. However, one Premier League club might already be out of the running since they won’t sell a key player.
PSG’s interest in Rodrygo remains uncertain. Josué Cassé of Foot Mercato reported the Brazilian forward is not on the club’s radar, contradicting Sky Sports Germany’s Florian Plettenberg, who also dismissed Tottenham Hotspur as a potential destination.
Even so, Plettenberg noted that Liverpool and PSG closely monitor Rodrygo’s situation. PSG are reportedly intent on landing a top young winger, but any move will likely hinge on how the transfer window develops in the coming weeks.
Are Manchester City out of pursuit of PSG target?

The Athletic’s Jack Pitt-Brooke reports that Man City have informed Tottenham that they do not want to sell Savinho and consider the matter as closed. How does this affect Rodrygo? Well, it’s one less suitor.

On Monday, transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reported that Manchester City was eyeing a move for Rodrygo as several players prepare to leave the club.
With Jack Grealish already gone and James McAtee and Savinho likely to follow, City see Rodrygo as a dream signing, with Pep Guardiola being a big fan. Real Madrid are open to selling if Rodrygo wants to leave, with a price tag around €100 million.
Nonetheless, it seems Savinho will be staying at Manchester City unless anything drastic were to happen.
