Manchester United could be dealt a blow with its reported interest in Antonee Robinson after it was claimed that the Fulham left-back wants to join Liverpool instead.
Both Liverpool and United are likely to be in the market for a new left-back this summer, with Andy Robertson potentially set to leave the Reds when his contract expires in the summer, and United – which is said to be 'serious' with its interest in Robinson – currently being without a genuine alternative to Luke Shaw.
TEAMtalk reports that Fulham's Robinson is on both clubs' radar, but that the player would prefer to move to Anfield. Robinson is said to be valued at $34 million by Fulham, having signed the USA international in 2020.

The same could also go for United, whose last 12 signings were all aged under 26 when they joined the Old Trafford club.
Meanwhile, Liverpool vice-captain Robertson produced a brilliant performance on Friday as Liverpool moved past Wolves in the fifth round of the FA Cup.
The Scotland skipper scored the opening goal of the game from outside the box – his first goal of such sort during his Liverpool career – while also assisting Mohamed Salah to double Liverpool's lead just minutes later.
Speaking about his goal in a post-game interview with the BBC, Robertson said: "Probably quite rare. It just opened up and thankfully I hit it clean.

"Most of them usually go over the bar during my time at Liverpool, so I'm glad I managed to get one in the net! Look, it set us on our way and then obviously to get a goal so quickly after it is pleasing."
Robertson has not figured as much as he would've liked this season following the arrival of Milos Kerkez from Bournemouth.
His start on Friday was only his 14th of the season in all competitions, while Kerkez has lined up 30 times.

"I think the fans know that I give everything every time I come on the pitch and I hope they believe that and I've done that for nine years now, so it's not really that. It's just when you get on the pitch, you just want to enjoy it.
"I love playing football, I love training with these lads, I love playing with them. When you get the opportunity to go on the pitch, I just want to make the most of it and I think I did that today."
