Liverpool has no intention of firing Arne Slot amid mounting scrutiny from supporters on the Reds' head coach.
Slot's men are currently on a 12-game unbeaten run having not lost since the humiliating 4-1 defeat by PSV Eindhoven on Nov. 26, but six of those games have ended in draws, including four of the last five.
Liverpool has won just five of its last 17 games in the Premier League, collecting points at an average rate of 1.24 per game over that period.
After the Burnley game, some social media statisticians pointed out that Roy Hodgson averaged 1.25 points per game across his 20 Premier League games in charge in the 2010-11 season.

Many fans are calling for a managerial change – with Xabi Alonso now on the market following his departure from Real Madrid – but The Athletic says that Liverpool has no intention of relieving Slot of his duties, despite the team's dramatic drop-off this term.
Liverpool remains in contention in the FA Cup and the Champions League, while – for all the team's struggles – it still occupies a place in the Premier League's top four.
Although he retains the support of his paymasters, Slot will know that he must put a run of wins together in order to relieve the pressure from the fans.
Slot was asked about the vocal reaction of the supporters after the final whistle against Burnley, and said that he understood it given the nature of the result.

"Yes, in my head it wasn't a boo, but in my head it was frustration as well," Slot said during his post-game press conference. "We are Liverpool and we play against Burnley.
"We have to give them credit [for] how they defended, cleared balls off the line, all the things you want to see if you are a Burnley manager, players that try to do everything to prevent us from scoring.
"But if we, as Liverpool, are not disappointed anymore by having a draw at home against Burnley, then something is completely wrong.
"I completely understand the frustration. I can tell you I have the same and the players definitely have the same frustration as the fans have."
