- Manchester City drop points: City were held to a draw by Chelsea at the Etihad Stadium on Sunday, in a major blow to their aspirations of winning the Premier League title. - A six-point gap: As a result of the draw, as well as Arsenal's 3-2 win over Bournemouth at the weekend, City now sit six points behind the Gunners in the Premier League standings. - Ruben Dias timeline revealed: Ruben Dias will miss up to six weeks with a hamstring injury. The defender had to be taken off towards the end of the 1-1 draw with Chelsea after asking to be substituted.
- Josko Gvardiol breaks leg: Elsewhere, Gvardiol also sustained a broken leg in the match with Chelsea, meaning he will be ruled out for a prolonged period. - Further injuries: Speaking during his pre-match press conference, Pep Guardiola explained that John Stones is still not quite there with regards to fitness. Elsewhere, Oscar Bobb and Savinho look to be ruled out of Wednesday's match against Brighton.
